Venzuela at CrossRoads

Good day, everyone!

   It was brought to my attention recently that people in Venezuela have been struggling under an enormous oppression, incompetence and violence of the their government... That is very unfortunate news, as I am great believer in good governance and associate socialism with an ideal form of democracy. What we are seeing in Venezuela right now (fusion.net/leadership/story/ve…, www.un.org/apps/news/story.asp… ) reflects poorly on the model of social democracy currently being practiced in Scandinavian countries like Denmark and Finland, and while it's far from perfect it does not condone violence against its own citizens and does not allow for the police to stand idly while common citizens are killing each other.

And so I ask you that you do everything in your power to help your fellow men and women in Venezuela to leave these dark times behind them and find a solution to these brutal challenges in their country in the most immediate future.
